Return & Exchange

If for any reason you are not happy with your item, then of course we will take this item back from you.

Prior to returning any item you must Contact Customer services (8826006233) or contact@thetickletoe.com giving a detailed summary as to why you wish to return the item. Our customer service team will then process the return application.

ALL returns must be returned carriage paid. Any return that is not pre authorised or is not carriage paid will be rejected and refund won’t be issued.

All items returned must be returned in A1 condition, no labels and within their original packaging – failure to do this will result in your return being rejected and or not processed and refund won’t be issued.

One way shipping will be deducted in case of Returns – amount will be communicated to the customer by email or call

If an item is not as advertised or in the unlikely case it is damaged, then of course you can return your item for a full refund. To claim your full refund including postage and packing or a replacement product you must arrange the return within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

In the event of requesting a full refund or a replacement item you must contact our customer services team within 7 days of delivery. Any return requests that fall outside of this date range will not be authorized.

In the event of customer changing his/her mind after placing the order and want to cancel – in that case please email (contact@thetickletoe.com) the order details and reason for cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. The order will be cancelled from our end and 100% refund will be issued.

In case the cancellation request is received after 12 hours or after the order has already been dispatched – the customer will be refunded the money after adjusting for one way shipping (amount of which will be communicated by email).

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) no return/ exchange will be entertained once the product is delivered.
