Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed.

Note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Days

We ship orders six days a week (Monday to Saturday). There are no shipments on Sundays.

Delivery Timelines

Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Delhi NCR: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities: 4–7 business days

Please Note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location, weather, or courier-related delays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking details via email and WhatsApp. You can track your order by visiting the Tracking Page on our website. Simply enter your:

  • Phone Number (used while placing the order)

Order Cancellation

  • After 24 Hours: Cancellations won’t be accepted as processing starts immediately to ensure quick delivery.

Damaged Product

  • Report Damage: If your product arrives damaged, inform us within 36 hours with your order number and clear images.
  • Replacement: Once verified, we’ll send a replacement within 24-36 hours at no extra cost.

Returns

  • Hassle-Free Returns: Request a return within 24 hours if you’re not satisfied.
  • Return Process: Share your order number and images of the box and contents via email or WhatsApp.
  • Pickup: Arranged within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends).
  • Refund: Processed within 3-4 days after the product clears our Quality Check.
  • Shipping Cost: If the return is not due to damage, the refund will be minus one-way shipping costs.
