1. About The Tickle Toe
The Tickle Toe offers thoughtfully designed baby and kids' products including kids' furniture, storage units, toy and book organizers, room décor, bathroom products, play essentials, and kidswear.
Our products are created to make childhood spaces more joyful, functional, safe, and parent-friendly.
2. Use of Website

4. Pricing & Offers
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees. Prices, discounts, and offers may change from time to time without prior notice. Offers available on www.thetickletoe.com may differ from offers available on marketplaces or other selling platforms.
Only one coupon or offer may be applicable per order unless specifically mentioned. The Tickle Toe reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, or update product pricing at any time.
5. Payments
We accept online payments through available payment methods on the website. Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and orders, subject to serviceability. A flat ₹100 Cash on Delivery fee is applicable on all COD orders. COD is not available for orders below ₹2,000.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment confirmation or COD order verification, wherever applicable. In case of payment failure, deduction, or technical error, customers may contact us with payment proof for assistance.
6. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, customers will receive order confirmation details on the registered email address, phone number, or WhatsApp number. The Tickle Toe reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment issues
- Delivery location restrictions
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Operational or logistical limitations
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us on email or WhatsApp. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted as order processing and dispatch preparation begin quickly to ensure timely delivery.

8. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders quickly. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Delhi NCR: 2–4 business days
- Other cities in India: 4–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, courier delays, public holidays, high order volumes, remote locations, or other unforeseen circumstances. The Tickle Toe will not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect shipping details, customer unavailability, or external factors beyond our control.
9. Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, tracking details are shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Customers can also track their order through the Track Your Order section on the website.
10. Returns
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. To request a return, customers must share:
- Order number
- Clear images of the product
- Images of the packaging/box
- Reason for return
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Used products, products damaged after delivery, missing parts due to customer handling, or products not returned in original condition may not be accepted. For returns not caused by damage or defect, one-way shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
11. Damaged Product or Missing Part
If the product arrives damaged or with any missing part, customers must report the issue within 36 hours of delivery. Please share:
- Order number
- Clear images/videos of the damaged product or missing part
- Images of the outer packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement of the damaged or missing part/product as applicable.
12. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality check. Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 3–4 working days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the bank or payment gateway. Shipping deductions, if applicable, will be adjusted before refund processing.
13. Warranty
Selected products come with a 6-month part replacement warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or damaged parts, subject to verification. The 6-month replacement policy is applicable only to Chest of Drawers products and covers replacement of damaged parts only. Full product replacement is not provided under this policy.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to improper assembly
- Rough use, misuse, or accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by water exposure, heat, sharp objects, or improper storage
- Product modification or unauthorized repair
- Damage caused after delivery due to handling or usage
Warranty claims must be supported with order details, images, and/or videos.
14. DIY Assembly & Installation Support
Many The Tickle Toe products are DIY/self-assembly products. Customers are requested to carefully follow the assembly instructions, manuals, videos, or QR guides provided with the product. The Tickle Toe may provide installation support through video, call, or WhatsApp assistance where applicable.
We are not responsible for damage caused due to incorrect assembly, forced fitting, missing steps, improper use of tools, or failure to follow instructions.
15. Product Safety & Usage
Our products are designed keeping children's comfort, functionality, and safety in mind. However, adult supervision is recommended, especially for young children. Customers must ensure that:
- Products are used only for their intended purpose.
- Age and weight recommendations are followed.
- Furniture is placed on a stable and level surface.
- Children do not climb, jump, drag, or misuse products in unsafe ways.
- Products are regularly checked for loose fittings, wear, or damage.
- Step stools, ladders, convertible furniture, chairs, and tables are used under adult supervision where required.
The Tickle Toe shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, or damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, lack of supervision, modification, or use beyond recommended limits.
16. Product Care
Customers should follow product care instructions mentioned on the product page, packaging, or manual. Improper cleaning, exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive sunlight, water, humidity, or rough handling may affect the life and finish of the product.
17. Customised or Personalised Products
Customised or personalised products, if offered, may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once processing has started, unless the product is damaged or defective. Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, design choices, and details before confirming personalised orders.
18. Gift Wrap & Order Notes
Gift wrap may be available at checkout, subject to availability. Order notes are treated as requests and may be fulfilled where operationally possible, but they are not guaranteed unless confirmed by our team.
19. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product images, videos, logos, text, designs, graphics, illustrations, product names, and brand elements, belongs to The Tickle Toe or its respective owners.
